THE MINSTRELS AND THE BARDS

What: The Bards of Baldwin invite the public to an evening of storytelling and music by the fire. Guests are welcome to share their own tales or simply listen to folktales, fairy songs and old-time tunes. The event will take place outdoors, weather permitting. Tea and other refreshments will be available for purchase.

THE ULTIMATE SUMMER NIGHT

What: Eastern Shore Centre will kick off its Ultimate Summer Night series with a free outdoor concert near the stage by California Dreaming. The event features live music, pop-up vendors, children's activities, giveaways and more. Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and enjoy the evening.

Now, Gomez Addams must keep a secret from Morticia, sparking hilarity and chaos when they host a dinner for Wednesday's "normal" boyfriend and his parents. SUMMER CIDER FEST

What: Coastal County Brewing Company in Pensacola will host its annual Summer Cider Fest, a three-day event featuring build-your-own cider flights, limited edition can releases and live music. Guests can sample a variety of fruity brews and enjoy the festive atmosphere.

RABIES CLINIC AND OPEN FOR ADOPTION

What: Baldwin County Animal Shelter will offer low-cost rabies vaccinations for dogs and cats. Pet owners must be able to restrain their animals during the process. Vaccinations are $15, payable by cash or check. The shelter will also be open for pet adoptions during the clinic.

THE CRESCENT THEATER ARTS AND CRAFT EXHIBIT

What: The inaugural Arts and Crafts Exhibit at the Historic Crescent Theater will showcase a variety of works by local artists from across the area. Attendees can explore handmade pieces and support the local arts community in a historic downtown setting.

THE GREAT HERMIT CRAB DASH

What: The Orange Beach Boat Club will host the Great Hermit Crab Dash at Bird Island, inviting spectators and competitors alike to a whimsical race featuring hermit crabs. Guests are encouraged to bring their own crab and cheer it on to victory. No official rules apply, though bribery of hermit crabs with seaweed is accepted. Prizes will be awarded for top finishers.

THE HAVEN PET ADOPTION EVENT

10-YEAR ANNIVERSARY PIG PICKIN' CUSTOMER APPRECIATION PARTY

What: Moe's Original BBQ in Foley will celebrate its 10th anniversary with a customer appreciation party featuring free whole-hog BBQ starting at 3 p.m., live music, drink specials and more. Outdoor music by Smith Kern/Repeat Offenders runs 4-7 p.m. and indoor performances by Davo McCool take place 6-9 p.m.
