What: Celebrate the cultural heritage of the Poarch Creek Indians during this two-day event featuring local artisans, vendors, traditional Thanksgiving food, dance and drum contests and the Poarch Creek Indian Princess Contest. What: Experience the magic of the Arctic Express at Wales West Light Railway. Ride "Dame Ann," an authentic steam locomotive, through dazzling lights and festive scenes to the North Pole. Each child receives a toy, and families take home a holiday photo with Santa. Activities include mini train rides, a hay-less hayride, bounce houses and more. Food and a gift shop are available. What: Declutter your home or shop for treasures at the second annual outdoor flea market extravaganza. The event will feature local vendors, food trucks, and unique finds. Net proceeds will support the Tunnel to Towers Foundation. Entry fees are required for sellers, but there is no fee to shop.

What: The Baldwin Pops Band, conducted by Wayne Fillingim, presents a festive holiday concert featuring classic pieces like "A Christmas Festival" and "Sleigh Ride" by Leroy Anderson, along with audience singalongs and a narration of "'Twas the Night Before Christmas." Santa is expected to make a special appearance. Attendees are encouraged to bring a new unwrapped toy for the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves Toys for Tots program. Sponsored by the City of Foley.

What: Kick off the holiday season with a performance by the Archduke Trio, presented by First Presbyterian Church of Gulf Shores and Magnolia Springs United Methodist Church. The trio, featuring pianist Robert Holm, violinist Enen Yu and cellist Guo-Sheng Huang, has been performing throughout the region since 2006 and includes members of the Mobile Symphony Orchestra.
