Notice of Publication Lisa Johnson, et al. v. Lands Described CV-2021-901068 Notice is hereby given that on October 4, 2021, Robert Johnson and Lisa Johnson, as Plaintiff's, filed with the Baldwin County Circuit Court a Complaint to quiet title in personam and in rem against certain lands described below: Lot 3, of Phase 1 of Bon Secour Village, a residential planned community as recorded Instrument 966971, Slide 2260-D and E in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Baldwin County, Alabama (Parcel No. 05-66-03-07-1-000-001.003). All persons having an interest in said lands or any portion thereof, claiming any title thereto or any encumbrance or lien thereon, are hereby directed to plea, answer, or otherwise respond to the Plaintiffs' complaint on or before December 27, 2021, else at the expiration of 30 days thereafter suffer judgment by default to be rendered against them, it being intended that this notice shall be used to perfect service against all unknown parties who may have an interest in the subject property and who cannot be personally served with copy of the Complaint.
