Notice of Mortgage Foreclosure Sale Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain Mortgage, Assignment of Rents and Leases, Security Agreement and Fixture Filing executed by PF & I, Inc., an Alabama corporation (the "Borrower"), in favor of DCR7AL, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the "Lender"), dated October 23, 2020 and recorded November 2, 2020 in the Office of the Judge of Probate for Baldwin County, Alabama (the "Recording Office") as Instrument Number 1867682, which default continues, Lender, as mortgagee and Holder of the Mortgage, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in the Mortgage and as provided under the laws of the State of Alabama applicable to the foreclosure of defaulted mortgages, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the main entrance of the Baldwin County Courthouse in Bay Minette, Alabama, on Friday, December 3, 2021, between the legal hours of sale the following real property situated in Baldwin County, Alabama, to-wit (the "Land"): BEGINNING AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE NORTH LINE OF THE SOUTH HALF OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 3 SOUTH, RANGE 3 EAST, WITH THE EAST MARGIN OF THE PINE GROVE ROAD, RUN THENCE SOUTH AND ALONG THE SAID EAST MARGIN OF THE PINE GROVE ROAD, 300 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE RUN EAST 290.5 FEET TO A POINT; RUN THENCE NORTH 300 FEET TO A POINT ON THE NORTH LINE OF THE SOUTH HALF OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SAID SECTION 2, RUN THENCE WEST 290 .5 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. And, in conjunction with the sale of the above-described real property, as provided under Ala.
