United Way Baldwin County (UWBC) proudly introduced the 2024-2025 Youth Board, a collection of high school seniors poised to make a difference in their communities through service and leadership. Comprising seniors from various high schools across the county, these dedicated individuals have committed themselves to volunteerism, aiming to instill the value of giving back among their peers.

The UWBC Youth Board is a platform for young leaders to voice their concerns and effect positive change in Baldwin County. With a focus on fostering leadership skills and promoting community engagement, the board endeavors to connect its members with fellow youth leaders and equip them with the tools necessary to address pressing issues affecting the younger population.

These include attending board meetings, allocation reviews and fundraising efforts, as well as engaging in donation solicitation for community initiatives.
