Construction is in full swing along Perdido Beach Boulevard in Orange Beach on a new luxury condominium development, Caribe Seaside.

The project, adjacent to the Best Western Tides Hotel and just steps away from the Cotton Bayou Public Beach Access, is the latest venture by developer Larry Wireman, whose previous works, Caribe Resort and Turquoise Place, have set high standards in the area.

Caribe Seaside is being designed by architect Forrest Daniell, who has partnered with Wireman to create a landmark structure that combines luxury with innovative amenities. According to the website, the 115-unit development will feature three- and five-bedroom residences, each offering views of the Gulf of Mexico from private balconies equipped with hot tubs and natural gas grills.

This level features a lounge on one side and a sprawling spa on the other, both offering panoramic views of Orange Beach. The crowning feature of Skyside is an infinity-edge pool that seems to blend seamlessly with the Gulf horizon.

The condominium units themselves are designed with high ceilings, stainless steel appliances, jetted tubs and, of course, the signature hot tubs on the balconies. The larger units, located on the east and west sides of each floor, can accommodate up to five bedrooms, making them ideal for families or those seeking extra space.
